Miami, Florida

Miami is a major city in the southeastern United States, and its metropolitan area, with a population of 5.5 million, ranks as the eighth largest in the United States.  Downtown Miami has the greatest concentration of international banks in the United States since trade with Latin America is extremely important.  Many international companies maintain their headquarters in Miami covering their operations throughout Central and South America. This factor has caused Miami to be nicknamed the Capital of Latin America. Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami are among the nation’s busiest ports of entry, particularly for cargo from South American and the Caribbean.

Falcon chose Miami for its southeastern office since a great many clients or potential clients enter the United States through that city. In addition, it is convenient to cover the real estate market in Atlanta, another major southeastern city, from Miami. Atlanta is home to over 5.7 million people and the ninth-largest metropolitan area in the United States. Atlanta has been one of the fastest growing cities in the United States, as many recent immigrants have made the metropolitan area their home. This has established Atlanta as the cultural and economic hub of the southeast.
